User Terms

These User Terms (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the EverRouter website, API, hosted compute endpoints, documentation, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by QuantaBricks LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company (“QuantaBricks,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, obtaining an API key, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

EverRouter provides developer access to computational biology and molecular design operations, which may include compound design, screening, protein structure prediction, docking, simulation, and chemistry utilities. Availability, input requirements, results, and pricing may vary by endpoint and are shown in the catalog or documentation.

2. Accounts and API keys

You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for protecting your API key, all activity performed with it, and any credentials or data you submit through your account. Do not share keys publicly or use another person’s key. Notify us promptly if you believe a key has been compromised; we may suspend or replace it to protect the Service.

3. Acceptable use

You may use the Service only for lawful research, development, and business purposes. You must not:

You are responsible for obtaining all permissions and consents needed for data, sequences, structures, or other materials you submit.

4. Results and scientific use

Computational results are probabilistic and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable. You are responsible for validating results with appropriate scientific, technical, legal, and safety review before relying on them. EverRouter does not provide medical, legal, regulatory, or scientific advice.

5. Credits, fees, and refunds

Some operations require account credits. Endpoint prices are displayed before submission where available. Credits are not money, are not transferable, and may not be redeemed for cash unless required by law. Payments are processed by our payment provider and may be subject to its terms. Except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout, purchases are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the Service, software, documentation, branding, and underlying technology. Subject to these Terms and your payment obligations, you may use outputs generated from your submitted inputs for your lawful internal or commercial purposes. You retain rights in your inputs and represent that you have the right to submit them. We do not claim ownership of your inputs or outputs, but outputs may not be unique.

7. Third-party services

The Service may rely on third-party infrastructure, model providers, payment processors, or other services. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their independent acts or omissions.

8. Availability, suspension, and termination

We may modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue the Service or an endpoint, including for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or provider availability. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk, or fail to pay applicable fees. Sections that by their nature should continue— including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute terms—will survive termination.

9. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service or results will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, complete, accurate, or fit for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EverRouter and its providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business. Our aggregate liability arising out of the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or US$100 if you have paid nothing.

11. Changes and governing terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and changing the “Last updated” date. Your continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in New Jersey will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

12. Contact
