Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 25, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how QuantaBricks LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company (“QuantaBricks,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit the EverRouter website or use its API and hosted compute services (the “Service”).
1. Information we collect
- Account information: email address, organization, industry, API key metadata, and account status.
- Billing information: payment status, purchase amount, currency, and transaction identifiers. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored by EverRouter unless expressly stated.
- API and usage information: endpoint requested, request time, job status, credit usage, technical logs, and error information.
- Content you submit: prompts, molecular structures, sequences, files, parameters, and other inputs needed to run an endpoint, together with the resulting outputs.
- Device and network information: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring page, and security events.
- Communications: messages you send to us and records needed to respond or maintain the Service.
2. How we use information
We use information to provide, secure, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the Service; authenticate accounts and API requests; process payments and credits; communicate about your account; detect abuse and prevent fraud; comply with law; and create aggregated, de-identified operational analytics. We do not use submitted scientific content to train a general-purpose model unless we separately disclose that use and obtain any consent required by law.
3. How we share information
We may share information with service providers that help us host infrastructure, run compute operations, process payments, provide support, monitor security, or deliver email. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets. We do not sell personal information for money.
4. Scientific content and third-party compute providers
To fulfill a job, the relevant input may be sent to the provider that runs the selected endpoint. Provider availability and retention practices can vary by operation. Review the endpoint documentation and your agreements before submitting confidential, regulated, or proprietary information. You should not submit patient records, protected health information, payment card data, passwords, or other sensitive personal information unless the required agreement and safeguards are in place.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
We may use essential storage and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, support checkout, and protect the Service. We may use limited analytics or security tooling where enabled. You can control cookies through your browser, but disabling essential storage may affect account and checkout features.
6. Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, maintain business and security records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal or accounting obligations. We aim to collect and retain only information needed for those purposes and delete or de-identify it when it is no longer needed, subject to backups and lawful retention requirements.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. No internet service is completely secure. Keep your API key private, use appropriate access controls, and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority. To make a request, contact us using the address below. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information we must keep by law.
9. International transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use legally recognized transfer mechanisms and appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
10. Children
The Service is not directed to children under the age required by applicable law, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information to us.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy and update the “Last updated” date. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice where required by law.
